Basic Weapons Awareness and Recognition Trainer Programme

PS5 and Skills for Security have united to offer the unique Basic Weapons Recognition Trainers Course. This course
is aimed at level 3 qualified trainers who would like to deliver this training to anyone wishing to increase their basic weapons knowledge.

Conflict Management Trainer Programme– City & Guilds 1886

This course is designed to provide qualified trainers with the skills and knowledge which, together
with knowledge of the sector in which they will be working, will allow them to deliver Conflict Management

training to security staff in accordance with the requirements of the Security Industry Authority for the

purposes of licensing.

First Aid Trainer Programme (One Day)

The Health and Safety at Work Act states that employers must have adequate first aid cover for the safety of their employees and visitors to their premises. This course is designed to train staff first aid training techniques to enable them to deliver in-company and/or public courses. This course also provides delegates with First Aid at Work certification.

Skills for Security have teamed up with conflict management specialists Maybo to provide a high

quality, legally and medically reviewed, accredited physical intervention programme.
