Skills Coach Programme

This programme is designed to provide the necessary skills and knowledge to those who intend to act as a Skills Coach to support the Security Practitioner Learner. This is a 2 day course with a little pre and post course work. Areas covered include: Foundations of coaching,  getting to know the learner, setting goals, supporting the learner, communication and supporting the assessment process.

Skills Coach programmes take place throughout the year at Skills for Security. The programme can also be

delivered in-house or also purchased as a pack at a cost of £300.00 plus VAT, P & P for members and £350.00

plus VAT, P & P for non-members.
