Conflict Management in the Workplace                                                

This four hour course is designed to give all members of staff the skills and confidence to deal with situations before they become unmanageable and understand the use of certain techniques in resolving conflict.  The techniques include understanding and using appropriate body language and emotions, assertive behaviour and working with difficult customers in order to achieve a "win/win" outcome.
