Training For Success offer a blended learning solution to the Accredited Person's Scheme, this solution engages with distance learning materials thus significantly reducing the time away from the workplace. This practical approach with flexible learning opportunities, offers a cost effective and efficient means of ensuring that accredited persons will develop the necessary knowledge, understanding and skills so that they can play an important part in creating safer communities and reducing the fear of crime. Holders of Level 2 licence-linked qualifications, that engage with conflict resolution, are exempt from the requirement to attend the one-day classroom based element of the Training For Success solution. The programme offers a great return on investment for all private security companies.
The scheme is available for £302.50 plus vat, per delegate (or £252.50 plus vat per delegate if they are exempt from the conflict resolution). Where necessary a one off invigilator fee of £300 is also payable. The programme is also available on-line at significantly reduced rates for both SIA licence holders and non-licence holders. Training for Success, offer a system of accredited prior learning, whereby approximately 50% of the existing Level 2 Guarding & Doors Supervisors qualifications can be mapped across to the Accredited Persons programme.
