SIA Compliant Training Package for Door Supervision

Earlier this year the SIA announced that the licence-linked qualifications would include a new modular structure. Skills for Security has developed the BJT packs to accommodate these changes, resulting in a 'common core unit' that is applicable for everyone in addition to the specialist skill area pack.

All new packs are available now.

Each training package consists of lesson plans, student handouts and a powerpoint presentation, all of which are sold under licence.

The benefits of this approach are:

  • Free downloadable updates for the life of the licence
  • Two computer installations per licence
  • Free updates whenever changes are made to legislation
  • Comprehensive lesson Plans and PowerPoint handouts
  • A detailed Learner Hand book that you can print out at no additional cost
  • Confidence that the training being delivered is accurate and in line with SIA specifications - A demo version of the Door Supervision package is available to download.

SIA endorsed awarding bodies accept these training materials in support of their Level 2 awards, please check with your awarding body about centre approval and training qualifications.

Who is the pack designed for?

This pack is designed for security staff who work on licensed premises. It will assist companies in the provision of basic job training that meets the SIA requirements for licensing.
