Level 3 Award in Advanced Security Operations - centre approval

Centres approved by Skills for Security will be able to organise their own exams leading to formal qualification if successful.

This is an easy and cost-effective solution for companies who would like their learners to take an exam but do not want to go through the approval process with an awarding organisation.

We will arrange a quality assurance visit at the cost of £150+VAT (plus travel expenses) to ensure a good standard of training facilities. The centre registers candidates for the on-line City & Guilds exam with Skills for Security at a cost of £105+VAT.

Benefits of the scheme:

- A simple way to run the exams without a need to go through a direct centre approval with an awarding organisation
- We assess the venue and approve the room - you do not have to worry about completing loads of paperwork
- We will be responsible for exam administration, registration, ordering exams, marking and certification.

The centres will be required to provide details of at least one invigilator - we offer a solution for centres who are unable to do provide an invigilator:

- The quality assurance visit and the exam takes place on the same day.
- If suitable the exam room will be approved to run the exam
- We will invigilate the exam for you
