The following organisation offers an Anti-Terrorism course that has been accredited by Skills for Security.
This programme delivered in conjunction with Rutherford Training, is of particular value to people in the leisure industry, retail industry, security industry, banking organisations/central business districts and tourist attractions. This one day programme has been designed to give delegates an understanding of both the history of terrorism, as well as the factors that drive people to resort to terrorist activity. A key part of the training also focuses on devices that terrorists may employ to achieve their aims. The training also examines the steps an individual or organisation can take to attempt to identify the level of threat they might be facing, and explores what steps you can undertake to counteract and reduce this threat.

What are the benefits of this programme?
Nowadays the threat of a terrorist attack is a very real and serious danger. After completing this course, delegates will have more awareness of how to identify the level of threat they might be facing, and how they can counteract and reduce this threat and learn various steps to take in the fight against terror.
