Yes. The 7302 qualification is still valid and enables you to teach. However, as part of your Continuous Personal Development and Best Practice you can attend a 1 day 7303 Workshop, which is designed to upgrate your existing 7302 qualification.
It is an easy way to gain the 7303 award without attending a full 7303 PTLLS course.
