A4e - Looking for partnerships to deliver services throughout Wales
A4e are currently preparing for the upcoming PS3 Work Based Learning tender Wales. The Department for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills (DCELLS) intends to tender to establish its new network of training providers for up to four years 2011 to 2015. This network will deliver work based learning training provision on behalf of the Welsh Assembly Government from August 2011. They are now looking to develop partnerships and build links with stakeholders, potential sub-contractors and other local organisations. Their goal is to work in partnership with organisations of all sizes and sectors in order to deliver a local service that meets the needs of their customers.
Specifically, A4e would like to develop partnerships with high quality organisations that are interested in delivering services throughout Wales. A4e are seeking organisations with suitably qualified, experienced and competent staff that can:
Help prepare people for employment
Provide specialist help and advice
Offer vocational, basic skills and life skills training
Deliver provision that helps people sustain employment.
Most importantly, we want to work with partners who want to do things differently and deliver a bright, new service that helps people change their lives for the better.
