Employers
At Skills for Security we are able to offer employers in the security arena assistance with finding suitable security training courses, some of which are eligible for funding, information about security qualifications (including apprenticeships), National Occupational Standards, help with conducting skills needs analysis, structuring job specifications, designing training programmes, free recruitment service, and general information advice and guidance around skills issues.
We are also able to provide research data to help with business planning and we work behind the scenes on your behalf to promote the interests of the security industry with government departments and agencies within England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
We want to hear your views and requirements on security skills issues. We hold regular employer consultation meetings where you can exchange news and views with other security professionals in your specialism. Or you may want to input into occasional research projects that we undertake.
