What are the benefits of the programme?
The programme is designed to give learners an opportunity to enhance
or refresh all aspects of customer service skills. The new or enhanced
skills gained during the course will then be formally assessed in a
customer service scenario in which the learners will have to put their
new skills into practice. This holistic learning and assessment process
provides an opportunity to try out and reflect upon the new skills and
knowledge gained during the course in a safe and supportive environment.
