Who is the workshop designed for?
This workshop is aimed at delegates who already hold a minimum Level 3 teaching qualification (e.g the City & Guilds 7303 certificate). The workshop builds upon the teaching techniques learnt from the Level 3 and uncovers the secrets of what makes learning memorable, fun and effective, ensuring that participants come away with a whole new set of techniques to apply to their own workshops and training courses.
What does the workshop cover?
- A look at some of the key principles of Accelerated Learning and how it links to total learner involvement
- Understanding how people learn best so that you can maximise the potential of every workshop and training course you run
- Tools and techniques to enhance the learning and make it memorable e.g question raising techniques, the use of games, passive and active activities, how to use imagery, hoe to appeal to all learning styles and lots more
- A look at real time projects, how you can implement changes to your training immediately by taking a piece of current training material and enhancing it by using some of the tools and techniques learnt on the workshop
- Rapid design process, how to design a training course quickly in easy stages
What are the benefits of the programme?
Those who are involved with helping people to learn, people with a Learning Development background and those who deliver group sessions as a key part of their job role will benefit the most. The result of coming on the workshop will be greater engagement of learners and a deeper and fuller understanding of the content you are covering, which in turn will lead to more successful results.
