Release date: 14th October 2009
This year's Skills for Security conferences, sponsored by City & Guilds were themed around flying and the speakers all stressed that despite these difficult training conditions we must maintain focus on moving upwards, aiming higher. As businesses we must always be looking ahead to identify the opportunities that are coming our way, to position ourselves to take advantage of those opportunities, and also to recognise the potential hazards.
But it's not all doom and gloom and we need to acknowledge the positives, remain optimistic and keep planning the next move forward.
Congratulations to our award winners Risk Management Solutions, who demonstrated their professionalism and innovation in finding solutions despite the current economic climate and thank you to all those that entered for the awards and to our award sponsor, NOCN.
We would also like to thank our remaining sponsors, exhibitors and speakers, who without their generosity we would not be able to stage these conferences. We would also like to thank those that attended on the day and we hope you enjoyed the event.
