Funded employee development programmes

Skills for Security has secured funding in most areas for the employee development programmes as shown on

the right hand panel. These are not traditional training courses but are designed to impart skills and

knowledge essential in the workplace. Organisations benefit too, by receiving higher standards of productivity,

quality of service and dedicated employees reducing staff turnover within the Security Business Sector.

Organisations registering candidates through Skills for Security are freed from the administration processes

around both funding and qualifications if applicable, as we will carry out these functions on their behalf.
