Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) Accredited Persons Training
An accredited person is a person employed by an organisation (other than a
police force) in a CSAS Accredited Persons role, who has been accredited by a Chief
Officer of Police under section 41 of the Police Reform Act 2002. To be part of the ACPO CSAS Accredited Persons Accreditation Scheme
Employees seeking accreditation should have undergone CSAS Accredited Persons training in line with the “Specification for the Learning Programme and Qualification for Accredited Persons under CSAS Accredited Persons Schemes in England and Wales”. It is the responsibility of employers to ensure that their employees are trained to the standard required by their local Force There are various ways your employees can be trained:
