Conferences 2007

The 2007 Skills for Security Annual Conferences and Awards supported by City & Guilds, NOCN, Maybo, Weightmans, G4S and media sponsor SMT were extremely successful. The conferences included a fully

packed day, with the keynote addresses from Vernon Coaker, Home Office and Hazel Banks, SIA.

Informative presentations were also provided by Dick Winterton, City & Guilds Awards, David Dickinson,

BSIA, Mike Britnell, Bank of England, Malcolm Baker, SO15, ACC Roy Toner, PSNI, Jaine Clarke, LSC

and Edward Gorringe, PRRT to name a few. Break sessions were provided to give delegates the opportunity

to network with exhibitors and this was completed by our annual awards ceremony.

Congratulations go to our award winners, OCS Resolution, AFC Group. Wilson James, Enterprise Security

& Safety Training Ltd and Aegis Security Services, Paul Keeling from Senate Training, Resource, Strathclyde

Police, Grampian Police & the Robert Gordon University and Resource & the Career Transition Partnership.
